Yotam Carmeli

Yotam Carmeli is co-founder and government relations officer at the Israeli Public Policy Institute (IPPI). He is an experienced social entrepreneur with vast experience in leading large-scale projects with governmental agencies both on the national and municipal levels. His work at the IPPI focuses on facilitating partnerships with governmental ministries in Israel and beyond to promote Innovation in government operations to successfully manage and shape the far-reaching technological and societal changes currently underway.

In addition to his work at IPPI, Yotam is co-founder of “Tarbut”, a non-profit national movement of pioneering young artists who reside and work in weakened towns and cities throughout Israel and use art and culture as a vehicle for self-empowerment and social change to promote values of social solidarity, equality, democracy and tolerance.
