Benjamin Kurc is a project manager at the Israeli Public Policy Institute (IPPI), focusing on political education and democratic participation. Ben hast extensive work experience in the areas of cultural diplomacy and political education. In addition to his work at the IPPI, Benjamin serves as Director of the Institut français in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany). He has previously worked for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Warsaw and for the German parliament in Berlin. He co-founded and managed the French non-profit organization „Vote&Vous“, working in the field of civic education and democratic participation, where he set up a cooperation project between the German federal agency for civic education and French German youth office (GFYO).
Benjamin studied in Berlin, Madrid und Warsaw philosophy, history and political sciences and holds a Master’s degree from the Free university of Berlin and from the College of Europe of Natolin.
