Monika is an expert in the fields of Tech Innovation and Israeli-European knowledge transfer.
Beyond her work at the IPPI, Monika serves as the Managing Director of the CREATORS IDEAtion Lab in Tel Aviv, where she regularly hosts international delegations that wish to learn about the Israeli Tech Innovation eco-system.
Monika had also worked as a deputy director of the Startups Accelerator The Hive / Gvahim and as a Senior Project Manager at the Foundation for German-Polish cooperation.
In 2011 Monika was awarded the International Parliament Scholarship on behalf of the German Bundestag and worked for the German Greens Party.
Monika is a regular contributor on startups and innovation and her articles are regularly appear in various media and news outlets.
Monika holds an M.A. in Linguistics from the Warsaw University
