Representative in Germany
Michael Rimmel is the representative of the Israel Public Policy Institute in Germany.
Michael has been working as senior advisor to the President of the German Bundestag since 2009.
Prior to joining the office of the President of the Bundestag, he has worked at the Foundation for the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin and served as s research associate in the department of Political Science of the Tel Aviv University.
Michael participated in the International Parliamentary Scholarship Program (IPS) of the German Bundestag where he worked as parliamentary assistant to MdB Norbert Lammert.
Michael holdes a B.A. in political science and International Relations from the Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Tel Aviv and Master's degree in Political Science from the Tel Aviv University.
